Goodbye Bafana

We have seen a movie, called Goodbye Bafana. It’s about an police officer, called Gregory, who moved to an island. He should take care for Nelson Mandela in the prison, because he knew Mandela’s language. He knew the language because when he was little, he had a friend who was from there Nelson Mandela came from. He was also dark-skin, like Mandela.

After a while did Gregory get close to Nelson Mandela. When Nelson Mandela’s wife had birthday, gave Gregory a chocolate to Mandela so he could give his wife a present because she had birthday. But some other police officer found out that he gave him a chocolate, and then they get very angry at him. They didn’t do something about it at the police-station, because they needed Gregory so much. When he was out a night on a pub, someone walked to Gregory and punched him very much because they was so angry at him because he was kind to Nelson Mandela.

His family was also very deception, because of him. They didn’t like that he became friends with Mandela. Gregory had a wife, and two children. Once did Gregory’s wife get a phone call, and they told her that they would kill everyone in the family. She became very scared, but Gregory said that he would take hand of it.

They moves Nelson Mandela to a new place. They asked Gregory if he would be with him, and then get a higher position. He and his wife decided that he should say yes to the job. So he got the position, and I think Mandela was thankful for that.

After Gregory’s son was out a night, he get killed. Gregory could take hand of it, because it was so many who wanted to kill them. The mother cried so munch, it was such a tragedy.

In the prison did Mandela live with other prisoners, and they had a radio. Once did Nelson Mandela and the other prisoners listen to the radio, and listen to Mandela’s child speaking to the world. She told the world that the black people was valuable, just as much as the white people.

After his daughter speech, did Nelson Mandela come out of the prison. Everyone was so happy. He was in prison in 27 years, and now he was finally out. When he came out, he became the first dark president. The people was so pleased. Gregory and his wife was also very happy about it.                 

My opinion of the movie is that it was a little boring, because it wasn’t so much action. But it was okay, and I think I could watch it one more time with my friends. The main thing why I didn't like the movie so well is because it was very much about Gregory's family, and that was a little boring. I like the movie when it was about Nelson Mandela.

Norway

The capital in Norway is Oslo. That's the biggest city in Norway. We dosen't have president in Norway, we have king and queen. The name of the king is Harald, and the name of the gueen is Sonja. One of the good things with the king is that he is very humorous.

If you get hurt in Norway, and have to go to the hospital, is it free. So you doesn't have to pay something. The school in Norway is also free. You don't have to pay to go on school either. That's a very good thing. 

When you just have born a child, you have something called mum perm. That is you can go home and take care of your baby, and you don't have to work, but you still get money from the state. When you are ready to go to work again, the children can go to a kindergarden. 

In the summer in Norway it can be like 25-30 degrees, and in the winter is the coldest maybe 18 - (cold weather). But it's always something to do. In the summer we smin and having fun, and in the winter we skiing and having fun in the snow. Some of the traditions when you are on a ski-trip with you're family, we always eat hot dog and dring cocoa.

My gang

I have a lot of friends. I spend a lot of time with them, and I love being around them. We have a gang, who i'm always with. We are 8 people in the gang, and they are my best friend. 4 boys, and 4 girls. One of them is my boyfriend.We having so much fun together, and we are never bored when we hanging out.

When one of us in the gang have birthay, it's always the gang we invite. No one is in bad mood when we are together, and everyone is themselves. It's just two people in the gang who are not boyfriend and girlfriend, but they are bestfriend. Everyone is bestfriends in the gang, and that's a very nice thing. We are always together, and if someone is in bad mood we always get them in mood again.

My family

I have a very big family. And I have a very close relationship to my family. I can talk with them about everything, and when I need a hand to hold, they are always there for me. We have a lots of fun together.

I have 7 siblings, and soon 14 nieces. I love to be with my siblings and my nieces. I actual live with one of my siblings, and three of my nieces. They are just like siblings for me too. They make me so happy.

Emilie's birthday

Yesterday I was on a birthday-party. Emilie celebrated that she was 15 years old. She invited 11 people, and it was very fun. When we came to Emilie's house we ate so much taco that we almost cracked.

Everyone was so happy and we laugh very much. When we were done with the food, Emilie packed up gifts. She was so satisfied with all the gifts. When we were done with talking, we saw a movie. It was a very fin birthday, and I think Emilie was very satisfied.

My home place

Torvikbukt 

I live in Torvikbukt, Møre og Romsdal. That's the most beautiful place you can ever see. There are so many things to do there, and everyone is happy and kind. In Torvikbukt we have a volleyball court, football fields, Høgtun, Gjemneshallen, Joker, Gjøco, a beautiful beach, hair salon, school and kindergarten. 

Torvikbukt is a very sporty, small village. There are many organizations which involves sport in Torvikbukt. You have for example athletics, ski training, football teams, windsurfing, volleyball teams, rink, we have an athletics track where many people run, or do other sports.  

We also have many beautiful mountains in Torvikbukt. The most famous mountain in Torvikbukt is Reinsfjell (994 amsl). Many are going to Reinsfjell everyday, because we are so sporty and we never going bored to see the beautiful view.  

It's never boring in Torvikbukt. If you have nothing to do, you just go and hang out with your friends. When you are friends with someone In Torvikbukt, are you just hanging out to train. But we also do very much of homework. Most of the time, we just doing reasonable things.  

"Torvikinga" as we say in Norwegian, is something for themselves. We are not like other people. We have another mood, and we are always happy. We also have a christian willige. But that doesen't mean that you have to christian to live there. Freely arrived for everything.
